Exercise and Physical Fitness
If you are an experienced rider there may be times that you are not able to ride enough to stay fit, sharp and flexible. The Equicizer allows riders to workout, practice and exercise by simulating riding maneuvers in all levels and styles of racing and competitive riding. The Equicizer makes it possible for you to ride, maintain and even improve your form, skills and fitness during your free time at home.
Learning Development
Beginners or apprentice riders may have limited opportunities to ride as horses are not always available. Teaching beginners on certain horses is also not generally good for the student or the horse. With the Equicizer many basic skills like reining technique, whip switching, leg and body positioning and balance can be practiced and honed to perfection in a completly safe enviroment.
Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Riding
The serious or professional rider needs to regain strength and flexibility that will get him/her back in the saddle fit and strong. Basic exercises used in therapy do not always recondition the areas of the body that are essential to riding. Working on the Equicizer , you will be using those essential areas that will aid your return with strength and confidence.

Angel Cordero: “You can ride the Equicizer over and over, building your strength and style. It makes you ride at your best.”
Mike Luzzi: “It strengthened my legs and helped with my balance and timing. It improved my style on a horse and helped me win the Eclipse Award.”
Julie Krone: “I used the Equicizer everyday! It’s just like riding. If you’re injured, you can pace yourself. You don’t have to work out for hours.”
Australian jockey Darren Beadman: "These imported models give the rider one hell of a workout. Boxers have the punching bag; jockeys should get an Equicizer. Tough work indeed." ...more
Actor Tobey Maguire: "I didn't realize what kind of athletes jockeys are". "The first time I got up in the stirrups and did a bit of a gallop on the equicizer, after a couple of minutes my legs were noodles. I could barely stand up."...more
